POSITION:Wedding and Event Associate| Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Serve as Wedding and Event Associate managing execution of client’s events from day of start to end.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Completed ACPWC online or in-class training (or equivalent certification process)
• Completed weddings and events with another event production company in at least 6 full day of events
• Strong written and oral communication as well as relationship building skills
• Solid MS Office Proficiency such as Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc (Adobe Acrobat a plus)
• Must be able to demonstrate ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be detail oriented
• Highly organized and punctual
• Customer service driven
• Have experience managing and coordinating several projects simultaneously
DUTIES include, but not limited to:
• Initial consultation & meetings with clients – inclusive of potential client sales meetings
• Client review of high level checklists (check in meetings)
• Wedding day schedule from initial creation through final edit
• Client wrap up session
• Final site walk-thru and Inspection
• Collaborate with vendors and account representative
• Coordinate all aspects of procured events, vendors on all needed activities
• Full vendor management with final timelines per vendor and communication to finalizing details
• Overseeing vendor’s activities day of event
• Final team meeting to review wedding event details no later than 1 day prior to rehearsal.
• Schedule and coordinate initial consultations, site visits, and checkpoint meetings with clients and vendors
• Manage various vendor pick-up and drop-offs
• Rehearsal coordination where applicable
• Assist with all day of set up in any way with seating cards, menus, favors, sign-in books, gifts, details, etc.
• Provide assistants day of wedding from start to finish for full event, guest and wedding support.
• Day of coordination: Full management of wedding as needed to support full orchestration including setup in compliance of floor plans, cueing wedding party and musicians/DJ/MC, overseeing vendor activities/sound checks, ensuring details of timeline package are fully executed, being point of contract for any issues and much much more.
